Please RSVP! Spring Meeting - May 24, 2013

Here's the information for our local chapter's spring meeting!
Co-hosted by the Visual Resource Association (VRA) Northern California Chapter, the meeting will take place at the Aviation Museum & Library, San Francisco International Airport.

* Please note: Due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate the first 25 people that RSVP for the meeting. If you plan on attending, please RSVP by May 3 by emailing saritahinojos@gmail.com or carrie.mcdade@sonoma.edu.

8:30 – 9:00 am Sign in - Meet and greet with coffee and pastries in the Main Hall
9:00 – 9:30 am Call to Order - VRA will meet in the Reading Room for their Business meeting
9:30 am VRA rejoins ARLIS
9:30 – 9:45 am Report from ARLIS Annual in Pasadena/VRA Conference, Round table discussion
9:45– 10:00 am Break
10:00 – ____  Aviation Museum Tour with Librarian, Julie Takata

Lunch in the pre-security International Terminal, Main Hall South Food Court (near Boarding Area A) and self guided exploration of the SFO Museum exhibitions will follow the tour for those interested in attending.
 

Transportation and Directions:
Located pre-security on the Departures Level of the International Terminal Main Hall, no airline ticket required.

Public Transportation:

Take the Pittsburg/Bay Point BART line to the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) station. From BART, take the AirTrain “Red Line” to the International Terminal. Take the escalator down one floor to the Departures level.
